How long does a grooming session take?
Most sessions wrap up in 60–90 minutes. Tail Lux premium can extend to 2 hours with the massage and spa add-ons.
Do I need to provide anything?
Just access to a power outlet, a tap, and a small spot for the groomer to set up. We bring shampoos, dryers, tools, and towels.
Are your tools sanitised between visits?
Yes. All scissors, clippers, and combs are sterilised after each pet. Towels and aprons are single-use per visit.
Can you groom anxious or senior pets?
Absolutely. Our groomers are trained in low-stress handling. Tell us in the booking notes and we'll adapt the session.
How do I pay?
