📌✅ Appointment Cancellations
Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. 80% refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability and may incur a nominal fee.
❌ Missed Appointments 🐕 After-Service Refunds
We are confident in the quality of our grooming services. However, if there is a verifiable concern: Please report it within 48 hours of your appointment Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
